Mitashi 5.8 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (MiFAWM58v20, Grey)

This is the fifth washing machine that I have bought in past sixteen years, the earlier brands used by me ealier were IFB, Godrej, whirlpool and Samsung, all automatic ones. Since none of these machine lasted for more than three years, even though they were made by these reputed brands, this time I was willing to take the risk and searched for a washing machine from any Indian brand with maximum years of warranty. By chance, I came across this washing machine, listed in Amazon with 2 years + 3 years of extended warranty. The price was Rs 11,685.00, but one fine day it was listed in Daily deals category and was offered at Rs 10,590.00.I immediately made up my mind to buy this and placed the order on 21st November 2016 and the machine was delivered on 28th, due to the delay on the part of Blue dart logistics ( Expected date of delivery was 26th November) at 4.00 P.M Mine is is tier 3 City in karnataka and i made the call to Mitashi C.C at 4.15 P.M the same day and sent S.M.S as per their direction and within 30 minutes I got my product registered and a full 5 years warranty was extended to my product and at 6.00 P.M the Machine was installed and the Demo was given by the company authorised service men. This is the greatest service, which I never witnessed in the past with any of the other brand bought earlier.Now the details of performance and build quality and ease of operation.Build quality : Looks robust, metal body and the paint is shiny metalic 2K, the quality of paint used in painting maruti suzuki and Tata Cars.Perfect 10/10ease of operation : Just 2 buttons, almost feather touch, that are quite easy to press – accurately carry out our commands. Child proof lock could be activated, if two buttons are simultaneously pressed . My mother who is 80 years old happily operates it every day. Lid is transparent enabling us to watch the washing process. but if lifted while the machine is running, the machine automatically stops, which is indeed a safety feature. 10/10Noise level: almost very low after 2 days of trial run . spinning sound is also very low.wash quality: It does pre wash, soak, wash and drying. Much better wash quality than all the previous machines used by me.Drier efficiency: Silk cloths bone dry, cotton cloths almost dry and just 20 minutes of drying in sun , makes the cloths perfectly dry – almost at par with front loading IFB washing machine. 8/10Load : Upto 6.5 k.gs of cloths can be safely loaded even though it is a 5.8 K.g capacity machine. I tried it with home linens and faced no problem as the wattage of the machine motor is 360 watts. IFB top loading washing machine of 6.5 K.g employs the same capacity motor in their equipment.Verdict and suggestion: One can blindly purchase this washing machine without any hesitation as this washing machine’s build quality, performance and efficiency is at par with many reuted brand washing machine that are available at 30 – 50% more price. Service back up is good, machine is quite good, satisfaction level is good. What more you need in 11K? BE INDIAN, BUY INDIAN.

Look is same as actual product. Seems good.But no one called from installation team. Since this company is not customer oriented all the waranty claimed by them is no use.So please look into this before you buy this product.
