Awesome washing experience, friends were complaining about LG and Samsung.But IFB, you rock.Even bad collar is also washed completely and far better than maid wash.Ultimately excellent.

Machine is in a state where water is filling from one side and due to overflow draining from other side. I wish product can contact me to tell what is the issue.The person who came to fix this was more bothered about selling the softener than fixing it properly . Immediately after he left the water inlet is all coming out from the back as it was not fixed properly.I still have trust in iFB brand hope it’s just a setup issue in the first 2 days.

It’s amazing, my clothes come out fresh and bright. It’s got a child lock for safe operation and a smart sense and water conserve. I am very happy with this product. I had to call Ifb for installation. Amazon didn’t raise a ticket as they said they would but that’s fine. Ifb engineer came the next day and installed the machine. I also bought a water softener and wattage stabilizer from him because we have salt water with heavy lime scale and power fluctuations.
