This is a good washing machine that does what it’s supposed to with minimal fuss. We had a bit of a bad experience during installation. Samsung support took a while to get back to us and the washing machine was lying unused for almost 2 weeks. It was a minor problem with water valves and once it was fixed, the washing machine has been running smoothly. Get it if you’re looking for a compact, budget washing machine that handles a small family’s washing without compromising on the quality of the experience.
