Worst phone always hanging and not possible to update the software

worst phone. Its battery backup is nil. Its gets off within an hour. I don’t have return option available now. Do’t buy it. Now i dont know what to do with this. I gifted this to my mother.

Wont suggest the phone. Had purchased a very basic android for my mom as she is not so new to touch screen. But it goes to safe mode very frequently and all apps looks like some executable app and doesnot work and ask for restart again and again. As she is new to touch screen she is completely not able to handle this. Kept unused at home.
