Useless phone in my opinion. For its cost, it is decent, but dont fall for HTC brand name as its gonna hurt ur expectations. Dont know if it is the problem with my handset in particular or with each one its phone, but touch response is very bad, feather tpuch buttons are not working properly, and u have to push it a little harder to actually make it work. Overall, its not upto my expectation from HTC.

The product is having lot of trouble. It’s heavy & complaints about frequent call drops from caller. The display fluctuates erratically before blanking. I need to know if this can’t be replaced it is still under warrantee & advise suitable service centre in Kolkata/Ranchi. The support from call center is too feeble. None are technically competent to resolve over call. Worst is that the service center can’t be contacted as no telephone nos. provided. In short a strictly recommended no in terms of service support/warrantee.
