IFB customer care Service is very poor.it took 7 DayZ to install my product item wise ok but service very painful. If u r in Virugambakkam-koyembedu area in chennai please avoid IFB products because the service is very very very very poor

The washing machine works fine, I have been using it for a month now. The drying is not as good as my previous machine and it comes with a single detergent dispenser, so if you want to use fabric conditioner you will have wait and pour it during rinsing. The installation was done on time. The installation guy tried to sell things like water softener and voltage stabiliser, which I believe is inbuilt. Over all a good product.
