The quality of moto is worst after tied up with lenovo . . . its been 20 days since I bought this now display has stopped working . . . I went to service centre they change it now its working fine . . . the service centre is also tied up with lenovo but I dint see any of the lenovo phone came for service all are moto products like cplus,motoe4plus and moto g5series . . . the camera quality is worst in this mobile tooo . . . better u can go with any other product in this price range without choosing moto !!!!!

I am a Moto user for last 4 yrs n i m forced to ask you for refunding an amount of Rs.9000 which i have paid for buying Moto e4 plus on 21.04.2018 n today (symptoms were seen within 1 week) the phone is not even able to make it Switch off….HANGED!!!This is my 3rd moto handset and the former two(moto G1 n moto G3) handsets were dead within 1.5 years n i was asked to replace motherboard..Thats why i purchased e4 plus and it seems to be my worst decision for believing Moto even after 2 strong blows ….So i am forced to change my mind this time and please make necessary steps to refund the amountVivek V KTrivandrumKerala9809136039
