Product Installation and demo was quick on the same day of the delivery.But the whirlpool demo guys were unnecessarily forcing to use their one of their accessories Calstrait which cost Rs 2000.They casually fit in inlet water pipe during demo then again they refused to take it back.Now with this it is blocking the water flow to the washing machine.I lost Rs 2000 because of this.Very worst experience with whirlpool guys and highly frustrated over their service.Whirlpool should not engage with these kind of dealers This is unnecessary expense about Rs 2000 and Amazon should bring new policy to prevent this kind of issues

Lot of noise and movement when machine starts.The whirlpool engineer visited within a week and said it is expected behaviour and the noise will reduce over the period of 6-8 months. The whirlpool demo and installation person sold a faulty whirlpool washing machine stand for 1500 rs and later charged 500 additional for a new stand as a replacement.
Two Wheels to Glory –
I don’t generally talk to walls, but now I know what it feels like thanks to Whirlpool. See, whenever you buy an appliance, ALWAYS research on the after-sales service. Because these companies will promise you the moon when they want your money, and after that, they’ll bail on you. My installation guy called me and said that either I could come home (leaving office mid-way and lose a day of pay) immediately or I could install it myself. He said he has better things to do than work at 5 PM (which is what I said I could manage) and then he hung up. Completely confused as to how it’s possible that customer care sucks so much. Guys. I don’t know if all sellers are like this or what. Please get a word of mouth reference before you buy. And believe me, STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL. Will return this tomorrow.
