The product should be good. But the one delivered to me has manufacturing defect. The cartride tray is stuck . Now I can not return this product unless I verify this from a HP service centre. this make it really impossible for me now. My only option is to keep it idle until I get time to visit a HP service centre which is little far for me. The main reason why we buy online is it saves a lot of our time.

Thankyou amazon. Perfect printer. Consumes less ink. yet to test the prints numbers. But yes hp had maintained the quality. Initially I had hp 3525 deskjet with fixed heads. Was comsuming good amount of ink. It’s now resting in peace.3777 printer is very silent. Wifi setup was perfect with wps button. Scanner is super fast. Only thing is that I can’t put my daughter’s workbook on it. It’s ok. I using Camm scanner software, adjusting the picture and taking the printout wireless.Sometimes the printer gets stuck when we give huge pdf to it to print from mobile. I think it’s coz of less ram. Small size printer, small ram.Packing was good. It was in mere plastic not in Amazon box. Brown colour. So packing of amazon in sale I think we have to compromise on its packing.

Pro:- Very compact. Perfect size for small areaCons:- Scanner is of no use- After few days the printer started printing blurred- Amazon sent me invoice with different serial number. After raising issue twice they still did not fix the issue .Now it been more than 3 months .- if we put multiple papers in the tray then while printing it takes 2-3 at a time and gets jammed . So if you wish to print multiple pages then you need to stand near the printer and insert one page at a time. WEIRD!!
